Prior to starting the Monte San Giacomo project, I was interested in tracing my personal family tree to the present day. But during the course of doing the Monte San Giacomo project I stumbled on another relationship (ironically, through a Sassanno processitti record). That caused me to revisit my own tree (and also delay direct updates here).

6 months later, I’ve brought my tree up to date again, and merged all that information with the Monte San Giacomo project.

This update involves all the descendants of Vittoria Gorrese and Francesco Pantoliano and includes nearly 2700 people and 700 images. Virtually in its entirety, this branch of the Pantoliano family emigrated to New York in the late 1870s, eventually settling in Hoboken by 1895.

Now that this is done, I am going to begin tracing other emigrants. Onward!
